| Premier Foods appoint Bell as chairman |

Former president of Kraft Foods Europe, Ronnie Bell, has been appointed the non-executive chairman at Premier Foods.
Bell will replace David Kappler after he announced, in February, that he would step down this year.
After spending 30 years at Kraft, being responsible for coffee, chocolate and grocery brands in the region, Bell will take up his new role at Premier Foods on October 1st.
Bell has stepped down from his role as non-executive director at Northern Foods, but will continue his role as non-executive chairman at Milk Link.
Premier Foods chief executive, Robert Schofield said: “Ronnie has had a long and successful career in the food industry and brings with him a wealth of experience." |
