Britney Spears' former bodyguard is suing her over allegations of "repeated unwanted sexual advances".

Fernando Flores claims the pop star  intentionally inflicted emotional distress. He filed the sexual harassment lawsuit in Los Angeles, and is seeking unspecified damages.

The lawsuit claims that Spears summoned Mr Flores to her bedroom while she was naked, and exposed herself to him.

The singer remains under a court-ordered conservatorship in which her personal and financial affairs are controlled by her father and an attorney, and monitored by a judge.
